Warranty:
Pursuant to Article 6.363(1)(10) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the seller shall be liable for defects in the item that become apparent within two years of the transfer of the item, unless a longer period is provided for by law or contract. The rights of the buyer set forth in this article are subject to a two-year statute of limitations.
