Delivery of goods

We deliver goods ordered from the BEAUTYCHARM online store throughout Lithuania via reliable partners: Omniva, LP Express, and DPD.

Available delivery methods:

  • Post offices – Conveniently pick up your order at your nearest Omniva, LP Express, or DPD parcel terminal.

The delivery price and time depend on the delivery method you choose. Usually, goods are delivered within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Return of goods

Items purchased from the BEAUTYCHARM online store can be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt. 

Only goods that meet the following conditions can be returned:

  • The product must be in its original packaging with the outer film intact.
  • The product must be undamaged and unused.
  • The quantity of goods must correspond to the quantity indicated on the packaging.
  • Returned goods must be in saleable condition (unopened packaging, stickers intact, etc.).

To return a product, please contact us by email. info@beautycharm.lt and we will send you a return form.

If the goods are returned through no fault of the Seller, the buyer must cover the costs of returning the goods, or if the goods are returned when the Seller orders a courier to pick them up, the costs incurred by the Seller in ordering the courier service will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
